We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jim Shore collectibles, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all figurines are securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original Jim Shore branded gift box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the authorized return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
